* Rates and Packages offered herein are inclusive of 10% service charge and 5% goverment tax

* Where applicable, inclusion/s in the rates offer and/or packages are indicated accordingly, otherwise rate is based on room only.

* Confirmation of room/s is subject to availability at point of payment

* A maximum of two(2) adults or two(2)adults plus one child is allowed in the one bedroom suite and maximum of 4 adults in the two bedroom suite. Free     accommodation for child under 12 years accupying existing bed/s in the same room with 2 adults.

* Any change of arrival/departure date is considered a cancellation. Cancellations and amendments are to be made online

* Any cancellations and amendments made within 48 hours of arrival date will attract a per room er night charge based on the 1st night's rate

* In the event of non-arrival on the day, a full charge on each room booked shall be imposed to a maximum of 2 nights based on the 1st 2 nights' rate

* Cancellation of limousine service within 24 hours of arrival (inclusiveof non-arrival) will be charged at the full cost

* Unexpected departure after check-in(short stay), a charge of 1 night is applicable on the balance of the unused lenght of stay

*  Refund - Kindly be advised any refund due shall be credited to your credit card statement withment thirty(30) days from the date of submittingthe documents      for processing.

* Check in time is 2.00p.m and check out time is 12.00 noon.
